Social Entrepreneur Forum

Has any social entrepreneur out there had luck using USDA Rural development funds for a social enterprise? I'm not that familiar with accessing USDA rural development funds but I know that they can be grants, 0% or cheap. I like cheap. 

Does anyone have experience with social enterprise MBA programs? I'm familiar with the NYU and Columbia programs but has anyone actually attended them? I'm interested in cost versus employability and what makes a social enterprise MBA program different than a more traditional MBA program. 

I'm looking for social enterprise funding options that are out of the normal range of business funding. I've got some creative ideas for funding my social enterprise initiatives but i need more.
